Located near Ostend on the Norfolk coast, Threshing Barn is a newly converted brick barn with expansive living areas and secure, dog-friendly outdoor space. With five bedrooms, multiple en-suites, and a private fenced garden, it’s the ideal venue for immersive residential training.

The large south-facing lounge and double-height kitchen provide a bright, social space for group work and evening sessions. Outside, you’ll have access to a private patio, ping pong table, and a fully enclosed half-acre training field - perfect for structured work with your dog.
